All in all everything was great, had a really great stay in allure hotel. I had a deluxe room and it was impressive with a balcony.

Thorough staff, particularly good area, they have wonderful restaurant. The breakfast was substantial and offered a lot of good food. Reasonably clean and brilliant hotel in Hoan Kiem district.

Ideal location, marvellous view, lovely beach. Reasonably large rooms for hotel guests. Staff were eager to help and I had a good stay. Restaurants and bars were close to the place.
The bathroom I had was dirty.

We loved the BEST staff and the location was perfect. It was situated close to restaurants and bars. Besides, lake the restored sword was 1 km away from the property.
